方法一:由5-氟脲嘧啶氯化而得。将5-氟脲嘧啶和三氯氧磷投入氯化锅，搅拌冷却至20℃以下，滴加N，N-二甲基苯胺，滴毕，缓缓升温至110℃，搅拌反应2h，冷至室温。将反应物加至饱和盐水和碎冰中冰解，温度维持15℃搅拌1h，甩滤，水洗，干燥，得成品。
