- 方法二:赤磷与锌混合均匀后,于500~600℃密闭点火烧成磷化锌,反应时间2h,冷却后粉碎包装。
- 职业标准:TLA-TWA 0.1 毫克/ 立方米
- 用途三:高毒、急性无机杀鼠剂。鼠吞食后即与胃液中的盐酸作用,放出剧毒的磷化氢,使鼠类中枢神经系统麻痹,血压下降,休克致死。用于杀灭家鼠、田鼠及其他啮齿类动物。应用时一般配成毒饵,连续投药,鼠会产生拒食现象,可与其他杀鼠剂配合使用。 磷化锌还可用于树木保护,其原理是磷化锌遇酸释放出剧毒的磷化氢气体,将蛀干类害虫杀灭。目前使用的是熏蒸毒签。制作方法:将阿拉伯胶加水,加热溶解后加入定量的磷化锌,混均后用竹签一端蘸之。晾干后再蘸以草酸、阿拉伯胶,制成毒签。应用时插入有活虫的树洞中,深度3~9cm。也可按磷化锌:草酸为1:3(或1:4)混合后直接装入医用胶囊,使用时将胶囊堵住蛀干害虫损蚀过的洞口即可,防治效果96%。

- 毒性:中毒后表现为口渴、恶心、胃疼、呕吐、腹泻、有胸部压迫感、呼吸困难、后颈部疼痛、恐惧、瞳孔散大、痉挛、晕厥状态、昏迷。有时出现黄疸及无尿。 本品以磷化氢的毒性表现美国规定磷化氢气溶胶(烟雾)最高容许浓度为1 mg/m 3 。 硫酸铜有解毒作用,中毒时给服食品级硫酸铜溶液(300 ml水中含硫酸铜0.5 g),每隔5~10 min给服一汤匙,至引起呕吐为止。呕吐后给服轻泻盐(内服硫酸钠25g)。 禁忌吃蛋白清、牛奶、脂肪和油类。 生产工人要穿戴劳保防护用品,避免与皮肤接触,防止从口鼻吸入体内。
