- 方法一:工业生产中,六氯苯主要由苯或低级氯苯直接氯化制得。低级氯苯主要是指生产一氯苯时的副产物二氯苯及从六六六无效体制得的三氯苯而言。也可由六六六无效体直接氯化制得。1.三氯苯氯法将三氯苯加热至110℃,保温干燥1h,能氯气氯化,反应时放出热量,起始温度100-120℃,最终温度为260-270℃,氯化10-14h,当温度开始下降时即表示氯化反应已达终点,停止通氯,将熔融的物料放入盛水的结晶箱,搅拌下六氯苯结晶成粒。用冷水洗涤,即得六氯苯。2.六六六无效体直接氯化法无效体经热风干燥至含水量在1%以下,加入熔融釜中,加热至150-170℃熔化,然后加入洗涤器和氯化塔。洗涤器温度保持在210-230℃,氯化塔通氯后,依照反应热慢慢升温,控制通氯速度,使反应温度每小时上升2-3℃。氯化塔的含氯尾气通入洗涤器吸收后送至副产盐酸系统。当氯化温度达260-270℃,并迅速放入盛水的结晶罐中骤冷结晶即得成品。
