方法一:1.由四氢呋喃经开环、溴化而得。反应锅中加入氢溴酸，在搅拌下滴加四氢呋喃，再滴加硫酸，温度控制在50℃以下。然后升温至108℃左右回流4h，反应完毕后继续搅拌1h，放冷分取下层液，用纯碱溶液洗至中性，加无水氯化钙干燥，过滤得成品。2.由1,4-丁二醇溴化而得。将氢溴酸加入反应锅内，搅拌冷至10℃，滴加硫酸。加毕，再滴加1,4-丁二醇，温度不超过15℃，搅拌半小时。在100-110℃下保温6h。冷至室温，分取下层液，用纯碱溶液洗至中性。氯化钙脱水后，过滤得1,4-二溴丁烷。
用途二:用于有机合成
