  • 方法一:γ壬内酯天然存在于番茄、朗姆酒、桃、大麦中,但工业上由丙二酸与庚醛为原料制得。 在500mL烧瓶中加入70g三乙胺和52g(0.5mo1)丙二酸,缓缓搅拌使其溶解,在40~50℃下在30min内滴加57g(0.5mo1)新蒸馏过的庚醛。然后在75~85℃下继续搅拌反应1h,直至不再有CO2气体放出。冷却后加入180mL20%的盐酸,静置分层,水层用50mL苯萃取2次。合并苯萃取液和有机层,水洗至中性后用无水硫酸钠干燥。先常压蒸馏回收苯,减压蒸馏,收集130~135℃(666.5Pa)馏分即为壬烯酸,折射率n D 20 1.446~1.447,产率约75%。 将32.2g壬烯酸(0.2mol)和4g HY型分子筛置于250mL烧瓶中,在170℃下搅拌反应3h,冷却后滤去分子筛,减压蒸馏,收集123~128℃(800Pa)馏分,即为γ-壬内酯。也可以80%硫酸作为内酯化剂,反应后用水洗涤,再用碳酸钠溶液中和、水洗,最后减压蒸馏得成品。
